In order for an individual to sit for the PA State Real Estate Commission’s real estate salesperson’s exam, the individual must take and pass both the Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice courses.  Both courses totals are 75 hours in length. 

Both Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice are comprehensive and intensive courses that will prepare individuals for the state real estate exam. In addition, both courses require individual reading and study time throughout the course.
