UPCOMING COURSES
In order for an individual to sit for the PA State Real Estate Commission’s real estate salesperson’s exam, the individual must take and pass both the Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice courses.
Both Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hrs) and Real Estate Practice (45 hrs) are comprehensive and intensive courses that will prepare individuals for the state real estate exam. In addition, both courses require individual reading and study time throughout the course.

Due to state course changes, the in-person courses have been converted to online content. Currently all courses will be held online and can be accessed 24-7 through the course button. There is no schedule, you can start and stop at anytime and classes are good for an entire year! Thank you for your flexibility!
